The WD 8TB My Book Live Duo Personal Cloud Storage Network Drive offers you the chance to own your own piece of the cloud. With 8TB of storage, you can store your digital media and then access it via the Internet without monthly storage fees and the added liability of unsecured data.

The My Book Live Duo features dual hard drives totaling 8TB of raw capacity. You can even set the user-serviceable drives up for RAID 1 mirroring to protect against data loss or corruption. For added security, this unit not only centralizes all of your data, it also allows you to wirelessly back up your Mac or PC. You can even view photos with mobile apps for your smartphones and tablets.

With its 800MHz processor and Gigabit Ethernet interface, you can enjoy speeds set at the 10/10/1000 Mb/s standard, while enjoying the DLNA and UPnP services offered. This fully-functioning media server includes iTunes support, digital media streaming and DLNA compatible data sharing.
