The 4TB My Passport Pro Portable RAID Storage Drive from Western Digital is a bus powered portable storage drive complete with an attached Thunderbolt cable. With plug and play functionality all you need to do is plug in the drive and it's good to go. Once plugged in you can begin taking advantage of typical data transfer rates of 230 MB/s and maximum data transfer rates of up to 10 Gb/s. 

Along with enhanced data transfer rates, this My Passport drive features two separate drives within the anodized aluminum enclosure. These dual drives can be configured into RAID 0 for enhanced drive performance, or RAID 1 to ensure the data stored on one drive is backed up on the other.

The My Passport Pro delivers both speed and portability with transfer rates as high as 230 MB/s allowing you to transfer, edit, compile and stream graphics-intensive files quickly.

Powered directly through the Thunderbolt port on your MacBook, My Passport Pro frees up space in your field kit by eliminating the need for an AC adapter. And with the integrated cable that is tethered to the drive, you'll never lose your Thunderbolt cable on location.
